How to Order
All orders are to be made in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Normal order processing takes between 48 and 72 hours after the order has been placed.
(
1) Shipping - All orders are shipped via UPS. The minimal shipping charge is
$7.00 in the US excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Oversized packagaes will be charged accordingly.

2) Sales Tax - NY state residents will be taxed accordingly during the checkout process.

Returns
Any returns without an authorization will automatically be refused. A copy of the invoice or sales receipt must be presented when requesting a return.
(
1) Customer's return request for exchange or in-house credit must be made within 14 days from the date the merchandise is shipped or transacted.
(
2) The returned merchandise must be in new condition. It must not be washed, dirty, worn, or altered.
(
3) There will be a minimum charge of $7.00 for shipping and handling and a 20% restocking charge for all authorized items.
(
4) No returns are allowed for any books, videotapes photos, Hakamas, swords and Ninja Suits. Sales on these and special sale items are final.

Refunds
Refunds will be made for all merchandise that Honda can not deliver. No refund for any other returns. Only an in house credit will be issued for authorized items.
F.
Claims
Any claims on missing items or damage must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
G.
Honda Trade Number
This is a discount privilege for Martial Arts dealers and school/club operators. Inquire futher by calling or sending a fax.
H.
Wholesale
Wholesale prices apply only to each order of 6 or more sets. 5 or less must pay accordingly, except those who have Honda Trade Numbers, except those who have Honda Trade Numbers, and quantity orders.

Discounts
On Purchase of 5 items or more, for Honda Account holders and on repeat orders (Frequent Buyers). Discounts may be limited to on-line sales.
